A second bedroom on this level offers 1 French bed (180 cm) and is also served by a private shower and WC. A large lounge provides generous communal living space, while a combined living and sleeping room features 2 single beds (80 cm, length 200 cm) and 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), with a dedicated shower and WC. The kitchen and living room is well-appointed and includes a dining table, a mini-oven, a full oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This room provides direct access to the garden. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living room with satellite TV and access to a terrace.
