They will not honor online reservations through any website! They are in a small town that seems to be literally dying on the vine. The motel is the same - baseboards were missing or disintegrating, wires were routed around the baseboards, a/c is very loud. It is fairly clean with newer vinyl flooring and faucets. For the area it is about what one would expect.

Don't stay here!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked and paid for a room while traveling. When we got there, the lady said there was no reservation because the site we used was out of business (hotels.com). They tried to have us pay for 2 rooms since they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. That would have left at least one my children in a room alone - unacceptable. I left and stayed at Western Inn nearby. I also paid for trip insurance, but havr not received a refund yet for this nightmare booking.

On day 2 of a 7-day stay, discovered that contract work in local area was cancelled, which required an earlier than expected departure. Property refused a refund for the 6 days of the stay that were no longer needed or used. This was not a cancellation of the reservation but an early departure. This is wrong. Future customers beware if your stay in the area is for business - early departures are penalized.

I can't believe Expedia would offer this hotel. I am thinking about using a different booking app. If you don't own a gun do not stay here. I stayed 3 nights and had people knocking on my door every night. Expedia should have to warn you about these hotels. The key card holder has a warning on it. I grew up in a bad town as a kid but someone that aint familiar with it would have been traumatized.

Horrible stay

Rooms were horrible, had to exchange rooms 3 times upon arrival. 1st room was very unclean and smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. 2nd room was also, not clean and smelled of mold and mildew like room gets wet. 3rd room was not up to par, one of the beds had dirty linen and bed coverings and towels were dingy. Rooms need renovation, i dont see how they are passing inspections.

Not that good

Room is clean, but condition is awful, LOTS of mold around bathtub. Incredibly noisy, there's a small dog and a big dog on the property next to the hotel and they keep barking at each other. The guests in room next to me kept screaming, arguing, slamming room door, car doors, etc. all night long
