It is outfitted with 2 Comfy Queen Beds, 1 Cozy King Size Bed, and 1 Futon Couch upstairs which is also a twin bed. Each bedroom has a small desk/work space. The Kitchen has been updated and has all amenities for cooking a meal for your family and friends. There is also a New Kitchenette upstairs, 2 Bathrooms (one upstairs with shower & one downstairs which has a clawfoot tub + shower), New Paver Outdoor Patio with dining (seating comfortably for 10). BBQ, Fire TV's, WIFI, A Lovely Front Porch & Upstairs Deck for lounging with Coffee or Wine. Located just a short walk to Prescott's Courthouse Square where everything happens from Art & Craft Fairs, Car Shows, Motorcycle Rallies, Micro-Brewery & wine tasting events, Parades and Concerts in the Park. Restaurants, shops and the FAMOUS Whiskey Row are all right there too! Watson, Willow, Granite, Goldwater & Lynx Lakes are short 10 minute drives for kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing or just a lovely picnic.
