Family reunion in Prescott

Nice location outside Prescott. Close to hwy 69. Great for 3 families. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication with host. Didn’t spend much time there due to other activities. Only complaint is that you have to carry all luggage etc up 2 flights of stairs - only entrance. Maybe is was hard because I’m old. Anyway, I would stay there again but pack lighter

Feb 27 - March 4

The Reynolds Retreat in Prescott exceeded our expectations. The communications from the property manager were excellent. They were very informative and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. We found their guidebook to the area very helpful. We particularly liked one of the recommendations for Bill’s Pizza. We ended up visiting this restaurant twice. We will certainly keep Reynolds Retreat on our list of places to stay when we are back in the Prescott area. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a really great neighborhood. Owners are amazing and have made this place so comfortable and like home and added so many extra's to make sure we had an absolutely fantastic stay. Will return and highly recommend to others!

Like Staying at a Friend's Home

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if in the area. The house had everything we needed and them some. It was so comfortable that we felt as if we were staying at a friend's home. What more needs to be said?! The location was convenient to everything from restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. We also appreciated the owner's communication.

Family Wedding

Went to Prescott for our nephew’s wedding. Saw this listing and it was perfect for my family. Communication with the owner was great Cheryl was very responsive and accommodating. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and plenty of room for the family. The house was centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family Get-Away

This Charming Prescott home was easily one of the finest vacation rentals we've stayed at...and we've stayed at a lot! The home was very clean and comfortable. The front porch gave a wonderful spot for relaxing after our full days enjoying local family and nearby scenic wonders. Our host was very easy to reach and there were some nice welcoming treats. Definitely a 10/10!!!

Lovely retreat in a quiet neighborhood

Prescott Holiday

Plenty of space for our party of 4. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood between Prescott and Prescott Valley, close to highway 69. Great kitchen, loads of counter space for the holiday baking we took to the big family Thanksgiving. The raised ranch offered lovely views especially from the porch and lots of space for family game night! Nice bonus was a visit from the local deer. The host communication was great, and the house “how-to” manual was extremely helpful. Was a great home away from home! *Tip: you will need to carry your suitcases/bags up a good set of stairs - so maybe leave the BIG suitcase at home and take a couple smaller ones.

Arrival

Loved the property, it was a perfect fit for us. The only negatives were that we arrived after dark and there were no outside lights on to help us navigate the steep outside steps and the remote door lock. In addition, when inside the temperature was set to 55 degrees. The house was too cold and our arrival was anticipated.

Great Stay

Place was just as described. Loved the sun rise and sunsets. Had deer come visit in the morning while drinking our coffee on the front deck. Very relaxing!

Definitely a Charming Home

My husband, myself and 2 friends stayed is this very clean home. The front porch is nice to sit at with morning coffee or evening glass of wine and enjoy the views. The owner was very attentive and made the visit easy! We did not have any problems with the home at all but if we would have we could tell the owner would of been right on it! We will stay here again as we love to visit Prescott every August!

Wonderful week stay!

We had an excellent stay at Reynolds’s Retreat! The space was perfectly comfortable for my husband and I and our 2 year old. The little playroom / game room off the main kitchen/dining/living area was perfect! The beds were comfortable and all the rooms clean. We would definitely stay here again!! Also, communication Was wonderful and we had no issues whatsoever.

Charming and Comfortable Getaway

This was the perfect place for our Prescott visit! So comfortable and all of the amenities were there…. Beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous views to enjoy from a perfect deck. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend staying here on your next Prescott visit!

Family vacation

The property itself was really nice and clean, the decor was great, and the neighborhood was lovely, the house was cozy and comfortable. The location was great and not far away from activities. Will be looking forward to staying again.

This property has it all!

This is a beautiful home with ALL the everything you need! Several large screen televisions so if you had a group then everyone could watch what they wanted. The decor was lovely. And the host, Cheryl, was very responsive and sweet when we had a small issue with the family room t.v. The house was very clean, EXCEPT for the stove which had built up gunk on it and a stray sock found under the bed. That's the reason for the 4 stars. Also, normal check out is 11 a.m. and that's what all the communication said prior to us checking in. Then we received a text saying that because more guests were coming right behind us, we needed to be out by 10 a.m. This was Father's Day Sunday. So instead of the leisurely breakfast, gift giving and Zooming with out of state children and grandkids, we ate a quick breakfast, told kids we'd call them later, packed up,stripped beds, emptied trash and did the dishes as required by the management company to get out the door on time. This is the other reason for the 4 stars. Cheryl and the property were great.

Great Stay in Prescott Az

My Family of 5 had a wonderful time at the Reynolds retreat. We stayed 5 days. The home is clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of snacks available for us as well as tea and coffee. Paper towels, Tp, soaps, shampoo and conditioner were also provided. There were books in the kid's bedroom and games in the playroom. Cheryl was a very attentive host. She quickly answered every and any question we had. Great communication! The house was perfect for our needs. I would most certainly stay again.

Summer Camp Getaway

My daughter attended a Volleyball camp at the college for a few days and we needed a place I could work during the day as well. Everything about the house, the location, the easy check in and all the extra amenities, down to the smallest details, we’re truly awesome. The house was extremely comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back and appreciate everything. Thanks so much!
