This beautiful property borders willow lake park with spectacular views of Granite mountain and the Granite Dells. The deck offers an amazing spot to enjoy these views. This remodeled home has these amazing views visible from every room.

When Willow lake is full it comes right next to the property and during dryer times there is direct access to the hiking trails that surround willow lake. Watson Lake Park is, also, within walking distance where there are more views of the beautiful rock formations known as the dells.

This property is also only a 10-minute drive to historical Prescott town square.

We are very dog friendly and this place comes with a fenced in yard with a doggie door.

There is a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and coffee maker.

The TVs are equipped with chromecast, hulu, disney, espn and more and although there currently is no satellite tv there are apps to get both local and national news.

There is a large parking area for RV/ Toy Trailers.

Wish we could stay longer

Just a very easy vrbo experience. Had everything we needed. Trail right out the front door. Few minutes to lake, grocery store and down town.

Comfortable cozy stay

Comfortable home with wonderful views, walking distance to Watson Lake, adjacent to Willow Lake trails. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood.

Amazing location

The location is great! It’s right next to a really pretty path around the reservoir. We had a lovely time, very peaceful and quiet, and this house was well supplied (kitchen, baths.) I definitely recommend it!

Spectacular Sunset

We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was clean and simple. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the spectacular sunset views. Our dogs loved the yard and doggy door! And beautiful walking trails were right next to the house. We definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The views were beautiful. And the neighborhood was very quiet. Luke is amazing! He had the place ready early and even notified me of things I left there and is sending them to me! I would definitely recommend this place.

Very pleasant

My 92 year old Dad and I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting my son who’s a student at a local university. The cottage suited perfectly and was very comfortable and convenient.

Relaxing retreat

Very relaxing location. Great for dog owners as hiking trails around the lake are steps away and also walking distance from some of the best burgers you will ever eat. The host was great to work with. Always prompt and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic 2 weeks

The property is perfect for me and my wife and 2 fur babies. The fenced yard and deck are a big bonus for all of us. Beds are really comfortable, hot water abundant, and a well stocked kitchen.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, central location. No water view and listing pictures looked like there would be more privacy. Quiet side yard patio. Too much overgrown backyard for pet to be comfortable in. Cobwebs and needed raking. Had everything in house that we needed to be comfortable

Serves the Purpose Well

My husband had business at the nearby conference center so we were planning on bringing our two dogs and making a weekend getaway. Location to conference center and restaurants was perfect. I ended up not coming with the dogs because the fences were only 3-4 feet tall. Not tall enough to contain our dogs (I should have asked in advance). Husband said there were “lots” of spiders and lizards inside - expected at a lakeside property. We knew in advance there was no water in the lake. Easy to work with property owner.

Perfect Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the dog door and fenced yard. Pups enjoyed playing outside. They ate a few sticks along the way. Couple miles from a Fry’s and Granite Mountain Pizza (delicious). Less than 10 minutes to Antelope Hills Golf and about 15 minutes to get back to busier parts of Prescott. House furnished well. Had everything we needed. Kitchen stuff was actually in great shape. Big fridge with ice maker, gas range etc. We would definitely rent again next time.

Very dog friendly and a lovely view!

We enjoyed our stay and Luke was a great communicator. The beds and pillows were soft. The home had almost everything we needed, but I ended up going next door to borrow a can opener. The gas stove was nice to cook on. I would have liked a couple of dish towels and placemats, but only one kitchen drying towel was provided. The linens and bath towels were very nice. I appreciated the bottled water and was surprised to find bug spray, mints, spices, oil, coffee and filters, paper plates, and even dog biscuits. I would caution two couples sharing this place as only the master bath has electrical outlets for plugging in a curling iron or hair dryer (be sure to bring your own). It was fine for us because the small bath was used by our teenage son. The deck and view was my favorite part and the backyard worked well for our pup to potty, but that is all you can use it for.
