Centrally located between Prescott and Prescott Valley, the home is approximately five minutes from Costco and 15 minutes from downtown.



For the safety and security of our guests and property owners, additional ID verification may be required when booking or prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure and may be requested in addition to any verification completed through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another booking platform. Verification must be completed before check-in when requested.



The Space:

Enjoy comfort, space, and beautiful views from this two-level home in Prescott’s peaceful Yavapai Hills community. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an open living area, and a furnished balcony, the property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to seven guests.



Living area: The open-concept living space features comfortable seating, a dining area, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light. Relax beside the fireplace on cooler evenings or sign in to your preferred streaming services on the smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi, board games, puzzles, and playing cards are also provided.



Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, basic spices, and oils. Generous counter space makes preparing and sharing meals easy.



Primary bedroom: Located upstairs with a king-size bed, closet, and private en suite bathroom.



Second bedroom: Located upstairs with a queen-size bed.



Third bedroom: Located on the main floor with a queen-size bed and a twin bunk-style sleeping space. This room is convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs between their bedroom and bathroom.



Bathrooms: The home has three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a private en suite; the second upstairs bathroom has a shower-and-tub combination; and the main-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.



Outdoor space: Begin the morning with coffee or unwind at sunset on the spacious furnished balcony. A propane grill and BBQ utensils are available for outdoor cooking.



Additional comforts: Central heating and air conditioning and an in-home washer and dryer make the property comfortable for both short and extended stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, balcony, and propane grill. Check-in and access instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Yavapai Hills, a quiet residential community positioned between Prescott and Prescott Valley. Costco, groceries, shops, and restaurants are approximately five minutes away, while downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, and Whiskey Row are about a 15-minute drive.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring the area. The central location provides convenient driving access to Prescott, Prescott Valley, downtown attractions, lakes, hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Rideshare services may also be available.



Other Things to Note:

This is a two-level home, and stairs are required to reach the primary and second bedrooms. A third bedroom and full bathroom with a walk-in shower are located on the main floor.



Pets are welcome with prior notice and applicable fees. Please include all guests and pets when booking, or notify us within 48 hours of any changes. Reservation changes made after that period may be subject to a $35 change fee in addition to applicable guest or pet fees. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements. Parties and events are not permitted.



Seasonal weather, wind, pollen, and native vegetation may occasionally leave light debris on the balcony or outdoor furniture between cleanings. A broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

Guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. The Host Co. team is available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist if anything is needed.
