Wonderful stay! Friendly hosts and beautiful views. Short walk to nice beach bars and live music at the hotel next door on a Thursday night. 30 minute walk into Preveza centre - walk to the first beach bar and then along the beach and through the eucalyptus forest! Parking was great and very convenient just across from the hotel. Hotel cleaning was brilliant - every two days and the room was left spotless!

Perfect small hotel for our all-too-short break in Preveza. Everything was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff we super friendly and the whole process of check in /check out was smooth and easy. The facilities are great, a lovely quiet pool, bar and stylish seating area was perfect for an evening drink and relaxing. The beach is right behind the hotel with a great view from the balcony and parking is easy just across the street. It was perfect for us being right near the airport to maximise our time before leaving and also super central to Preveza old town and main roads for eating out and exploring. We really, really hope to come back as soon as we've saved for our next holiday and were sad to leave :-)

Absolutely the most fantastic getaway location, cleaned to the highest standard, the views across the water makes is tranquil and relaxing. The staff are so helpful and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay and we will come again. The property is compact and very well designed and maintained. Our room was perfect and the cleaners do a great job. The pool is clean and inviting but the sunbeds, seating and pool would not be sufficient for everyone if all guests want to use them at the same time. This is a quiet area and you really need a car to get to Preveza for a good choice of meals and bars. The beach is limited. Overall, this is a nice place to stay so long as you can get out and about. The people in charge are great - friendly and very efficient. Thanks for having us.

A perfect stay in Prevaza

Our stay was a quick recoup from time in Austria, before a weeks sailing. The location just out of Prevaza township, which is an easy 25 minute walk made it the perfect spot. The hotel is quiet and private with a great pool and bar. The restaurant next door was a great breakfast spot. The staff are superb and looked after us in every way. It will be a definite stay again for us if sailing from Prev.

The accommodation was perfect, everything is available in the apartment that you would need for a comfortable stay. The decor is very modern, the cleaning and upkeep scores a 10. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend this accommodation, and would certainly return here.

Comfortable apartment with pool view

Comfortable apartment for a longer stay. Parking was presented as on site but in reality it is across the road on a dirt lot with limited lighting, with no loading and unloading directly in front of the apartments. That said, we checked in very late and had amazing communication and support from the proprietor .

Great stay

Really smart new holiday apartments. Beautiful view and a very nice pool and bar area. The staff were really nice and friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasant stay and not too far from town and the airport.

Very happy that we booked this property. Really enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting around from our rental property was simple. It was what was advertised and better. Restored our excitement for our trip after a terrible experience with our paired in full car rental from Carwiz canceled and did not provide us with anything.

Beautiful apartment and garden

A beautiful apartment in a lovely setting with sea views from the room and gardens. The staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Close enough to walk into Preveza for the restaurants, shops and harbour but away from a 'busy' noise. Just perfect

This is a beautiful, well maintained hotel in a wonderful location. Unfortunately our two story room did not have enough air conditioning to be cool enough to sleep. Otherwise it would be perfect.

The property is much much smaller than what the pictures might indicate, and there is no beach directly in front of the property. The access to the water is basically all rocks. That being said, there are a lot of beaches close by, but you will need to figure out transportation to them. Otherwise, the property was very clean and well maintained. I wouldn’t mind staying again!
