Evening desk staff was a little unfriendly but EVERYONE else made up for them. Room was clean and quiet. Lounge was awesome. Food was great and affordable. Needed more seating in front foyer. Breakfast in the restaurant was good.

This is a great hotel with a comfortable room and a clean building, with a cozy restaurant that I very much enjoyed. Having a readily accessible and secure walkway to the neighbouring casino was also much appreciated. However, I experienced much noise a few times consisting of a few instances of raised voices in aggressive or distressed tones and loud banging on neighbouring doors in my hallways. That in mind, while it’s a great property with a nice restaurant and helpful staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they improve their security to mitigate if not prevent these sort of disruptions.

I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. Only to find out when we checked that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance. I suggested that they communicate with Expedia to make sure guests know this information. There should be a discount on top of this on Expedia’s end and this should have been communicated in advance, as this was the only reason I booked this hotel. I also wasn’t impressed when I booked that the rate. 170 only to find Out that 3 nights turned out to be 199/night. There was no microwave n the save didn’t work. I will not be staying at this establishment again. On a good note it was pretty quiet. I also realized I didn’t get my hard copy receipt when I checked out.

We stayed for 3 nights, and although you really can’t be outside after 11 pm in PA (there seems to be a lot of homeless) the hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the bar & restaurant were excellent. Seriously we ate at the restaurant for 5 meals, and the food was exceptional. The chicken and waffles for breakfast were beautiful and tasty. The pork chops were very Good!
