"The staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast had very sub standard quality with minimal options. Location is in extremely crowded environment. Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom, definitely not good for a family to use the toilets and bathrooms as the layout is unsuitable for a family with kids"

"The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by. "

"They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! "
