About this property

The sunroom on Maple

  • Our beautiful bright apartment in is Picton's century homes neighbourhood. It has been recently renovated and has a spacious yet cozy feel. The sunroom is everyone's favourite spot in the house. There is also a fireplace and back yard with a barbecue and patio furniture available for your use too. Steps to Main St and a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, Crystal Palace, playground and Marina. SANDBANKS PASS AND USE OF AN INFLATABLE KAYAK OR PADDLE BOARD INCLUDED WITH YOUR SUMMER STAY!!!
    Our house is set up as a duplex but you will have access to the guest's apartment through a separate entrance. The kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom are on the main floor and the two bedrooms are upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, counter top burner, coffee machine and electric kettle. Plus all the other utensils necessary to prepare a quick meal or warm up food. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil are provided. There is plenty parking space in the driveway.
