Lovely - has a bed and breakfast feel. Very quiet at the resort as we were there a little early in the season. Also, the breakfast that is included was excellent. The young lady who served the breakfast was really nice.
Excellent made to order breakfast; many options in the bar for dinner. beautiful surroundings; wish it wasn't raining so we could have walked around the property. Staff was extremely helpful. we had a bit of trouble finding it, as our nav system sent us on a wild goose chase. The lady at check-in was very apologetic, really not her fault. Would stay there again. we had an issue with the TV and the shower, but nothing that would stop us from recommending it.
Room's were very clean, the bed was real comfortable. We stayed in the king suite in the Heritage House. The grounds were nice with the spring flowers mostly out.All the Staff were really nice.
The property is lovely and the staff are fantastic!
We had a lovely couple of days and will definitely be back!

Breakfast menu was amazing. Staff at restaurant were wonderful.
Issues. Room was ridiculously small. Shower head did not work properly. Had to ask for another towel even though we had booked for 3 people. Had to ask twice. When we called after 7 pm for something there was no one at the front desk. We were put to the bar and the item never showed up. This should be a 24 hour service. Not having to wait til staff at the bar have time.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Our view was the hardware store across the street even though they were far from full
Thankfully the people were wonderful
We had a premium suite which was lovely,
We stayed two days the second day being a Sunday. We left for the day and returned around 3;15 to a room that was not cleaned up by house keepers . We contacted the front desk and advised that this should not of happened . We told them that if they would send over towels and coffee for morning we could make do ahead of time lady advised they would send someone over , never showed!!! Called again message on phone… said no one was available not happy but we made due ahead. I would expect this of a 2 star motel not this place .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff were helpful and they did to help us out with our room. They were able to change our room without any problem. Breakfast was served each morning and the staff in attendance were all very friendly/helpful.
We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and being able to walk on the property and along the gravel pathway. The food in the dining room and the bar was excellent.
Beautiful room, including a soaker tub... unfortunately, the water was lukewarm! Also, given what I had read about the Chef and the restaurant staff, I found the food (dinner and breakfast) quite mediocre. But the grounds and buildings were lovely, and I would probably return.

Quaint Inn with great entertainment!! We love the Waring Inn. Slightly dated however the atmosphere and staff are amazing. We've been there 3 times in the past year!
The Waring house is one of the hidden gems of the county. The property boasts charming accommodations with beautifully appointed rooms. There are 2 restaurants on site ,one a pub the other fine dining, both provide very good cuisine. The pub has music and dancing on weekends whilst you're enjoying a drink and your meal ,a very friendly atmosphere for sure.Highly recommend a stay here.
Really close to downtown if you need to go but between the pub and restaurant and the atmosphere you really don’t need to go anywhere else! My wife and I have been there 5 times now and never disappoints.
Was a very comfortable King suite In the Quaker building. Newer building. . Looking out onto the millennial trail. Very bright room. Bit dated. But clean. Would be lovely in the summer to sit on the patio. Will definitely return.
Great place to stay and relax. All of our meals were excellent. Great live entertainment. Breakfast included was great. Friendly and courteous staff. We will stay there again for sure. 5 star all the way.

Room was very clean and spacious. A bit dated...could use some updating. Also, we paid extra for a hot tub but there was no water in the hot tub, which was disappointing. Breakfast was excellent.
We ate at the Barley Room Pub. It was a festive atmosphere. The staff are full of personality, courteous and helpful--they really make the experience. The room, had some unvacuumed dust under the beds, but the great price for the room and at the restaurant make any minor inconveniences well worth it.
