Features include a centrally located chef's kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, large outdoor lanai, downstairs Ohana unit with outdoor shower and huge yard. Large enclosed courtyard features a BBQ island and large sitting area.

Main House is 3BR/2.5BA with a great open floorplan which opens to a private greenbelt. Front bedroom features a bunk bed with double & single mattress. Shared bathroom connects to bedroom with a queen bed. Primary bedroom features a sliding glass door which opens to the back lanai overlooking the greenbelt. Primary bathroom features a dual vanity sink, large tub, shower & walk-in closet.

Downstairs Ohana is perfect for extended family or extra guests and can be closed off. Features a living area with pull-out sofa sleeper & TV, bedroom area with Queen bed & bathroom.
