The room was clean and quiet even though there were other guests nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. Free European breakfast that included freshly crafted espresso or macchiato. The elevator was small so if you have a group or a family you might have to make 2 trips

All the reception staff and breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful! Very pleasant stay. We stayed 3 nights and only had service water the first night. It would have been better if we could have received water for the second and third night as we stayed for two consecutive nights.

Good Location and Nice Hotel to explore the city.

Great location right off the main pedestrian square. Clean rooms and a pretty good breakfast in the mornings. Staff were friendly and could arrange taxis and tours at the front desk. Good for exploring the city.

Excellent hotel and location.

Small friendly hotel in the centre of the city. Ideal location with many good nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. very friendly hotel staff who were always available and willing to offer assistance. Excellent WiFi. All round highly recommended.
