Good restaurant with a lovely garden vibe. The colourful lanterns in the evening were a great touch! The balcony at sunset was lovely. Getting on a Mt Bromo Tour was easy. The lighting in the rooms weren’t strong, but didn’t bother us too much. Enjoyed our stay!

The property itself is ok. I didn't really like the small sink because it does not provide much space to hold anything. There is a mosque right behind the hotel,so in the evenings the calls to prayer can be really loud. The property is situated in a really quiet area, so there really is not much to do there. My only reason for being there was to visit Mount Bromo. As i was traveling alone, it was really boring. But if you are with some company and a quiet night is perfect for you, then i definitely recommend this place.

+ tolle Organisation einer Bromo Tour + gutes Frühstück + sauberes Zimmer + bequemes Bett und gute Klimaanlage - leider trotz Deluxe Zimmer klein und freucht - Handtücher rochen etwas unangenehm und waren aus Mikrofaser sodass man nicht trocken wurde Alles in allem würden wir das homestay trotzdem für diesen Zweck weiter empfehlen!

Alles sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Haben die Bromo Tour durch das Clover Homestay gebucht, was super war. Das Essen im Clover war sehr lecker. Wir wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder an den Bahnhof gestellt, top.

La verdad desde que llegamos nos trataron excelente. Desde el chico del Lobby, la del restaurant , el gerente o dueño... Un trato de 5 estrellas. El hotel está sencillo pero acogedor. Para El precio estubo excelente ya que las instalaciones no son de lujos, pero todo super limpio. Realmente Probolingo no es un lugar de 5 estrellas entonces no creo haya muchos hoteles económicos q estén al 100. El hotel nos busco la actividad del volcán muy económico y confiable. También el regreso al Aeropuerto hasta surabaya y económico.

Excellent staff and manager who helped me with the tours to Bromo and the waterfalls. Our driver Joy was very careful and also a very nice guy. I booked 2 nights but should have stayed here longer. Very good food from the café and the best orange juice that I can remember tasting anywhere.

The only place to stay in probolinggo!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Great vibe, incredible staff. They'll book you a bromo tour cheaper than to can find elsewhere, and they genuinely care that you have a good experience.

Nice place to stay

If basing your Bromo excursion from Probolingo then this is an excellent choice, well run by a super nice guy, can arrange anything you need. Would recommend for sure. It’s about 90 minutes drive to the mountain in the morning so an early start is required

Nothing special but friendly

The room is a bit run down. There is no top sheet or blanket cover, and the bottom sheet and pillow cases are stained. You may want to bring a sleeping bag liner. Owner was very helpful to arrange a Mt Bromo tour and very friendly. Cafe is quite nice. Probolinggo is a quiet town - there isn’t a lot to do other than go to Mt Bromo.

Vores ophold var rigtig godt, ejeren er utrolig flink og hjælpsom, han gør alt han kan for at du har et godt ophold. De hjælper med booking af ture til Bromo og er også behjælpelige med at finde ud af offentlig transport. Morgenmaden er god og varieret. Hyggelig atmosfære!

lovely stay

Great owner / manager. He helped with with the tour to mount bromo. It cost us 300k per person. You must be 6 in the van to get that price. The price also included a trip to a waterfall. Great room. The Ac worked great. We did not pay to get a room with hot water. Bed was comfy. We walked 25 minutes from the train station. Free breakfast was great, but small portion. It's free so can't complain. The food served here was awesome. We extended our stay three times just for the food! The surrounding area is meh. Not much around. There's a few ATMs, a big grocery store and a fried chicken shop inside the grocery store. All within 10 minutes by foot. Would definitely return here!

Dirty, itchy bed

The bed was quite dirty and very itchy. Due to the itch, I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about fleas or bed bugs, which fortunately were not there. The itch is very annoying though. The breakfast takes a while to make, so order ahead. Transport from the train/bus station can be arranged, although you pay 20 000 per person, which is quite expensive. It would be better to just pay 20 000 in total for the car. Transport to Cemoro Lawang (Bromo) can also be arranged, which is fortunately a fixed price for the car, such that you can share the price with other travellers in the Homestay that want to go there.
