"Not satisfied."

"Decent stay but very disappointing at the same time. Definitely not worth the expansive price we paid. The property was not maintained well at all. Dirty and run down. No breakfast, only coffee. The pool was pretty dirty and a duck was in it when we arrived. The room was ok. Small but mostly clean. No refrigerator or microwave. No shampoo or conditioner, or tissues, just one small bar of soap. There was a window A/C unit that worked ok but not very well. 3 outta 10 rating at best."

"If you’re looking for a RUSTIC outdoorsy stay surrounded by animals, this place is for you. Coming into the property was pretty bumpy. It is a working farm/ranch. The road was poorly maintained with many potholes. We stayed in one of the tents. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. The listing said there would be a tv and electricity of which there was neither inside our tent. The distance to the bathhouse was significant and muddy. The trail crossed with the horse trail so...

"Horrible bed, bedding, pillows, and no bathing towels or hand soap. Absolutely will never stay again and the woman at the front desk prob shouldn’t work with people."

"The room was not clean. The door to our room was left open when we got to it. There were zero shower towels in our room. The next door guest screamed at crying kids at the top of his lungs until midnight."
