"Good: this place has everything to be 5 star experience. Breakfast is spectacular. Best pillows and sheets. Clean and up-to-date interior. Young staff that tries their best, but who seem to be mostly in training. Bad: promissed pool and outdoor balcony are closed for renovation. In spite of reservation saying “city view” they put us on the 2nd floor with zero view and construction going on. When requested to change they said maybe they can upgrade for 50 euro, but they don’t know what floor and when, so we ended up staying where we were. We arrived early jet legged and were promised a room by noon. Had to wait for 2 hours and had till 2.40pm instead. Stick to regular 3pm checking and don’t trust their promises."

"Location is great and convenient in the central square of Athens (Syntagma). Everything is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Great Parthenon breakfast views. Good quality breakfast food. Friendly and attentive staff. It's close to everything you want to see in town. Almost all of the major attractions were within walking distance. Appreciated the management staff available storing our luggage after check out. Only issue was loud music outside until 3AM. "

"The roads leading up to hotel make you feel like its a bit of a dodgy area - lots of homeless people and graffiti - however i never felt "unsafe". Ignore this and you will be rewarded with a lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and good choices. Bedroom clean. Very central for all the tourist trails. Would recommend. Thank you. "
