Modern beautiful upper-level apartment with west coast ocean views of the sunset. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Fitts Village Beach. Ideal property for long term stay. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood. High-Speed wifi, local phone, all cable tv, and Netflix supplied at no extra cost. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom unit. Air-conditioned bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped washer/dryer and dishwasher, fridge, stove, and microwave in the apartment. 1400 sq ft, master has king bed walk-in closet and en suite with soaker tub, 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, plus Smart TV, DVD. 6 seater Dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wrap around patio overlooking the west coast beach, watch the sunset here in the fully furnished patio. Broadband internet access is available at excellent speed throughout the apartment. Local phone also provided. The supermarket at the bottom of the street will deliver to the apartment with groceries if needed. Parking on the property.
Property is professionally cleaned weekly while guests are there and a deep clean is done between guests. Walking distance to many restaurants and 10 minute drive to Holetown to Limegrove mall and many other restaurants.

This was our second stay at this apartment. We loved the location, as it was very central to absolutely everything we required! Quiet neighbourhood overall (although, there were a couple of crowing roosters, and barking dogs, but mostly just early morning - to be expected if staying in most Barbados neighborhoods ). Great views of the ocean from the perfect balcony, which allowed for nice breezes too throughout the day.We spent a lot of time on the balcony during our 4 weeks there. Apartment is the perfect size for four adults to share, and two bathrooms are a perfect bonus. Also thankful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms.Our host Ramona was excellent as always, and touched base (via email) with us during our stay.Place was clean, and we have absolutely NO complaints about anything. Love Barbados, and this apartment. We certainly hope to return again if the future allows us too!Richard & StellaRichard & Eunice (NB Canada)

Our first trip to Barbados and we couldn’t have been happier staying in Fitts Village. The accommodation had everything we needed, it was a home from home. The walk to the beach was easy - the walk back required a little more effort as it was uphill but it was worth it as it was in a peaceful location. Outside space was most welcome and the watching the sunset from the balcony or the beach was fabulous.

Perfect Stay in a Prime Location!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to relax. The home was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed and more. Fabulous apartment

This is a beautiful bright and airy 1st floor apartment, great location, quiet and only 2minutes from the beach. A very well equipped kitchen, wraparound balcony looking out to sea, good comfortable beds and spacious lounge and dining area…what more could you ask for…highly recommend.

From booking to checkout - the best!

10 glorious days in paradise!!! From the time I booked, Ramona was amazing to work with and made it feel like we were instant friends!!!! She answered the 1,000 questions I had and gave great recommendations to help ensure our trip was perfect for a great family vacation! Extremely easy to communicate with and always quick to respond - 3 months before our trip or 3 days after we arrived!The apartment had everything we needed and was a great location making it easy to explore the whole island!! Enjoyed a fishing charter (that Ramona suggested) and was able to have fresh caught fish to enjoy cooking on the gas grill right on the balcony! Neighbors downstairs have a cute, friendly dog that our son loved being able to play with since he was missing his own dog!!! We felt very safe and everyone was so friendly!! Enjoyed speaking to the neighbors walking about and even watchied a herd of goats roaming the surrounding properties.Beautiful beach and store within walking distance (there is a steep hill to walk),Beach chairs and cooler that are provided was an added bonus as we were able to take those with us daily on adventures instead of having to pay for chairs and drinks everywhere we went. (And we went a lot of places!) Not even home 24 hours and can absolutely not wait to go back to Barbados and will definitely- without hesitation- stay here again!

Easy stay

A well situated apartment with enclosed car parking makes for an easy stay. The apartment is well equipped having most things needed for a vacation.. The verandah has a great view of the ocean together with a useful bbq. The beds are particularly comfortable and there is plenty of towels and bedding. Check in and handover was very relaxed, all in all an excellent experience, thank you.

Barbados Swim Vacation

This was an awesome place for our Barbados swim vacation week. We were able to walk every day to a nearby beach, with Batts Rock and Paynes Bay our favorites. Having a close by grocery store was perfect for getting our daily meal supplies. And the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in process was tremendous, with airport transfer and apartment greeting going so smoothly. An overall excellent experience!.

Breezey oceanview

Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need. Walk down the hill to grocery store and beach. The walk up the hill is a beast but instant cardio. Loved the rare bubble bath you get here, and the grill was a treat. Breezey Oceanview was a treat, my favorite thing was the cute dog staying on the first floor that often greated me to get his tummy rub. Great place.

Convenient and spacious accommodation

It was like living on the island. Access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants and one can stroll on the beautiful street area. Lots of space and everything that one needs available.

Lovely stay, punctuated by Beryl

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was quiet in a nice spot in Fitts village within easy access to Jordan’s supermarket and the beach. Being just off Hwy 1 it was easy to get into Bridgetown and to explore the rest of the island. The flat was nicely appointed with good bedrooms and a/c. We were staying as Hurricane Beryl hit. The owner and agent couldn’t have been more helpful, calling to batten down the shutters and checking that we were ok. Would recommend and would visit again.

My first vacation rental – Great Experience! A Barbados gem. Loved the stay. Ramona and Andrew were awesome. They were extremely responsive, even before I arrived on location. The apartment was far more than I expected. It was very spacious and attractive, really could comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 couples or a large family. Everything you could ever need is already on-site. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, with a great view of the ocean from the patio. Literally a 10 minute walk to the grocery store, which is directly across the street from the beach. Super convenient location. Short bus or taxi ride to a multitude of dining, other beaches and activities. The apartment is on a small hill, but really only has a steep incline of about 10-15 yards of the entire walk. So the walk is not difficult at all. This is truly a great value. I definitely will be back and have already recommended this apartment to family and friends.

Wonderful stay

We loved our time at this location. Ramona & Andrew were great. The apartment was clean, tidy, bright and spacious. We really appreciated the little extras ... cooler bags to take to the beach etc. The neighbourhood was nice as well and people in the area very polite and courteous. Good location

Clean apartment with all needed appliances and utensils. Very spacious. Ideal for 2 couples or a family. Great view of the ocean from the veranda. Located in a residential area so it is quiet...except for the morning roosters! Less than a 10 minute walk to beach, buses and Jordans grocery store. Nice Italian restaurant right on the beach. Not ideal location if you have mobility issues (and are walking) as there is a hill to climb from the beach area to apartment, otherwise not an issue. Would recommend. Very good value. Property manager very helpful.

Wonderful vacation

the house is really comfortable. The owner Ramona is always available as is her collaborator Andrews. I asked him for a list of things I found in the refrigerator before I arrived. at home nothing is missing from A to Z... you just have to bring your personal things. Then Fits Village is the most beautiful part of Barbados... we couldn't have been better.

Beach view

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a beach view and a wrap around porch. It is nice and spacious on the inside, with air condition in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. It is very close to Jordans grocery store, restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment other guests.

The property is located on a hill 5 minutes from Fitts Village beach. The beach is safe and has very nice corral and fish. The neighborhood is safe with a grocery store nearby. We felt comfortable allowing our teenage kids to go out on their own. The property managers were very helpful and responsive. They provided us with a pedestal fan because we found the common area too hot. They even delivered a jacket that we had forgotten at the property to the airport! The property is located 5 minutes from the sea - so it does not get a lot of breeze. The common areas got a bit too hot for us because it didn't have AC. As a result we did not spend as much time in the common areas as we would have liked. The apartment feels a little dated. The toilet stop working twice and the dishwasher was loose. The property manager promptly fixed these issues on our request. Overall I would recommend the property for its location and good management. Would have given 5 stars if the common areas had air conditioning.

Fitts Village Apartment .

First floor apartment. Sea view. Close to lovely beaches ,Quiet road. Panoramic large balcony. Good size open plan living area. Our extended stay was very enjoyable, and helped by a supermarket in close proximity.

Our home abroad.

Very nice apartment,well maintained and ocean view because located on the top of a small hill.Quiet place away from road noise.Small supermarket at good prices around the corner in front of a Italian restaurant.It is also easy to take the bus to visit the island.On the other side of the road access to the beach.Very rocky however. Thank you Ramona,communication with you is very easy and you are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will have great memories.

Everything perfect

Very nice apartment. Very clean. We had a great time. A little shop is just down the street for buying food and drinks.
