We go there just to visit family, otherwise i would not recommend for a vacation area. Very small town with not a lot of business, mostly orchards.

If you love wineries, Prosser is a mandatory destination. There are more than 20 in Prosser and many more in the surrounding region. Many are excellent. Unlike the typical Napa experience in California, most are quiet, very affordable and friendly.
