Very Large Studio & Porch, 5 Min Walk to Beach, Secluded, Tranquil & Green

  • This a large studio with ample space in the sleeping, living and kitchen areas. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and all utensils for self-catering. Washing machine and access to dryer if needed. The lovely breezy screened-in porch in the secluded shade of a local mahogany tree is an enviable space to relax, eat, read or work.
    "Loggerhead" is a ground floor annex/conversion to our main house and is vey private and quiet. The feeling is quiet, cosy, tranquil and conducive to reflection and inspiration. There is shared access to pool and garden play and exercise areas. Easily accomodates 2 but could extend to sleep 4 people (e.g. 2 children) on the comfortable pull-out sofa.
