We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and extremely clean, with an amazing beach view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. A perfect place to relax and celebrate my birthday—I would definitely stay here again!

We really liked West Bay Club! The rooms were very clean and the resort being right there on Grace Bay was so nice. West Bay Club is on a great section of Grace Bay. It has a wide sandy area with chairs and umbrellas for their guests, bar and food service and all is kept very clean.

This was my first time visiting TCI. I’m glad I stayed at this resort. Everyone was so accommodating, especially Giovanni and Abigail. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I loved how they provided a water bottle and had water stations because that helped me stay hydrated during my visit.

The one bedroom unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished with quality appliances. The oceanfront views were spectacular from the room and from the balcony, which was nicely shaded. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, including the housekeeping department. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: very lovely staff, beautiful beach, nice guest rooms, great location and pretty pool. Room for improvement: the included breakfast was underwhelming and did not change day to day. Coffee wasn’t very good. We were quoted one price for amenities and the bill reflected a larger price. In an attempt to rectify, it seemed we would have to throw an employee under the bus to do so, so we didn’t. The provided snorkel gear is leaky/cheap. There are no ice machines but the staff will give you some if you ask. Wish the pool stayed open past 10pm.

The property is on the smaller side and the location is a bit away from the more populated areas of Grace Bay. This was an added bonus because the resort was quiet and we never felt we had to get up super early to reserve beach chairs. The included breakfast was average but adequate. The food by the beach was outstanding and both the restaurant service and beach service was excellent.

Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone enough! We can only hope to come back!!
