Free-Standing, Spacious, Modern Cottage, 1 Bdrm + loft, town center, 1 parking

Free-standing, spacious 1 bedroom + loft bedroom modern home with cathedral ceiling, 2 decks, yard and parking. Located near Crowne Pointe Historic Inn and just a very short walk from A-House, Spiritus, Boatslip and all the Commercial Street action and also a convenient 3 minute walk to grocery/other amenities. This is a fun yet relaxing retreat for couple(s)/family/single friends (max capacity 3). Modern - stainless steel appliances, Roku smart TVs in living room and bedroom, both bedroom and loft have comfortable queen-sized beds , dining room seats 4 to 6 and there is washer/dryer in the unit. There is a deck for lounging in the sun and outdoor grilling/entertaining surrounded by attractive landscaping. This is truly a unique property that allows you to kick-back, unwind and feel right at home.

Weekly rentals are check in after 3 p.m. Saturday and check out prior to 10 a.m. the following Saturday, to allow our cleaners time to prepare the home. .

This is a non-smoking property (smoking STRICTLY prohibited inside the house). Guest will be charged additional cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking inside the house.

As per our condo rules, pets are not allowed. Guest will be charged additional cleaning fee if evidence of pet inside the house.

A 20 minute drive from FLL airport and walking distance to Wilton Drive, it is our winter getaway we love to share with guests from around the world.

Great stay!

One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Walking distance to Commercial St., whale watching tours, and a pleasant little deck out back to sit on. Well-appointed kitchen was perfect (there is a grocery store right nearby). Definitely will be returning next year!

Loved the Love Shack

We came to PTown to learn about some great science going on, but fell in love with “our home” ‘ neighbors, the local amenities and the feel. Way more than expected. And being comfortable in our home was great! Ou landlord was there when we needed him !

Great Accommodation

The Love Shack was a wonderful place to stay. Fully equipped, modern and centrally located it is one of our favourite places to have stayed over the last 20 years we’ve been coming to Provincetown. The owner David made timely contact to ensure we had all we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to book here again for our next Provincetown trip.

Excellent stay very close to Commercial Street

This cottage was the perfect distance from Commercial Street, and just far enough away where it is nice and quiet. The cottage was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook at home as well. Convenient parking. Nothing bad to say! Would absolutely stay again.

Spectacular Retreat

We were beyond charmed by the decor, location and the cozy vibe. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked had we wanted to. Close enough to town, that we could walk, and do everything, and just far enough from the bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfection! Host is super responsive Can’t wait to come again.

Great location in Provincetown.

Lovely, quiet cottage in Provincetown within walking or biking distance to everything that we wanted to do. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and that owner was responsive to our questions via text within a short amount of time. We would definitely return to the Love Shack!

Condo is very close to town and grocery shopping. Unit has been completely remodeled and is very nice. I esp liked the large shower. Owners were very responsive to any questions that arose.

Great, well-outfitted cottage steps away from many P'town "to-do's"

We loved our stay in this rental! The space is recently renovated and offers all the comforts of home. It is well-configured and offers both generous indoor space as well as a private outdoor dining and lounging area. The kitchen features a full-size stove, fridge, microwave and DW, and there is also a washer/dryer in the unit. The sleeping areas include both a "master" bedroom and a sleeping loft - we only used the bedroom. The living area includes a sectional sofa across from sliding doors that open to the private outdoor area. The bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in shower (and apparently, a heated floor). Beyond the well-appointed and furnished rental, however, there were other small touches that really made the location stand out - including sunscreen, bug repellent, a great selection of soap/shampoo/body washes, and umbrellas. We have stayed in a number of rentals and these extra touches really make a place standout. We definitely would stay here again!

Perfect place and location

The property was wonderful place for our yearly ptown visit. It’s super walkable to Commercial street and the supermarket. My husband I loved the outdoor section and grill. We highly recommend this location and would return.

Quiet, charming, and convenient!

We loved this place! It was absolutely the nicest place we've stayed at in Provincetown so far. It's in a quiet neighborhood just a block or so away from Commercial St and near the grocery store. The house is the perfect size for two, and everything is laid out very nicely. A private deck and mini yard out back are an extra bonus! We hope to stay there again next time!

Couldn't ask for better...

From the ease of booking, to the ease of communicating with David and Sameer, I couldn't have asked for a better escape this winter. The cottage was beyond clean and well equipped. The bathroom is nicely renovated with great lighting and heated floors. Really cozy for a long relaxong shower! The kitchen was also nicely done and had a great assortment of cookware and gadgets to make the stay easy and comfortable. The beds are super comfy as was the large leather sectional. The parking couldn't be more ideal, steps from the door. The side yard is nicely furnished and has great privacy for sitting outside to enjoy the quiet! I will definitely be booking here again!

I love VRBO rentals - always a great experience!

The Love Shack could not have been any more perfect. It was within a 5 minute walk from Groceries, Liquor store, and commercial St. Having a parking space made it easy to use our car if we wanted to visit venues outside Provincetown. Great water pressure and hot water! great amenities. And VRBO made it easy.

The perfect cottage rental.

We were happily surprised at how easy this cottage was to rent. We arrived and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. Great location, centrally located to everything ! And having a parking space right at the cottage was so helpful when driving to the beaches and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate a second booking this cottage again.
