Perfect Location

We spent a few days here while my son had a football camp. It was close to the university, downtown shops, and grocery store. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

After a little bit of a mix-up checking in, which was rectified and handled very well by the property owner, it was an excellent stay. It was a beautiful property with excellent finishes. It also sits at a great location.

Great stay in Provo.

Great place to stay and exactly as described. Very clean and modern. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our three day stay. It was a great location. We could easily walk to restaurants and for groceries.

This is the best place to stay in Provo!

Kami's place is stylish, comfortable and extra clean! It is located within walking distance to the fun on Center Street and to the grocery store. The beds and linens are so comfortable and our sleep was amazing! And Kami is so responsive and helpful. Thank you for another great stay in Provo!

We loved our stay here! Everything was styled beautifully and clean and very comfortable- even the beds were very cozy! The linens were soft and homey. We appreciated that toiletries were provided making our stay so easy. The condo is in a prime location, yet very quiet and clean. Lots to eat and do near by. It’s a must stay!

Outstanding Property

We truly enjoyed our stay at this rental property in Provo. Excellent condo that was clean and nicely located in downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the home had all the necessary appliances and cookware. My wife who is a designer commented on how she loved all the finishes in the home. Easy entrance access and the garage for parking was wonderful. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Immaculate, very comfortable condo with the best of everything inside

Amazing!! We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! Beautiful decorations and furnishing. Super clean! Beds and bedding very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! My only suggestion is to get another layer of blinds in bedrooms especially the bedroom close to street because the street lamp shines in through the window at night.

Wonderful find!

From the very first moment of locating this wonderful property, our experience could not have been better. The owner is very responsive to all questions, and the property is simply perfect. We spent Christmas in Provo to be with our son who goes to school in the area, and everything about our stay was first class - the owner even put up a Christmas tree for our visit. The townhouse is immaculate and could not be in a better location with ridiculously easy (walkable) access to grocery shopping and restaurants and ready access to shopping and entertainment. We travel to Provo several times a year, and we will definitely stay at 110 Downtown again. Thank you Kami!

Charming, Well-Appointed Home in a Prime Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The home is tastefully furnished, with a bright and welcoming open-concept living and dining area, complemented by a large TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, featuring a wide array of appliances and a convenient gas stove for those who enjoy cooking. There are two inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed that ensured restful sleep. One of the standout features is the ground-level garage with direct access to the house, making unloading and settling in effortless. The location is also excellent: downtown Provo is within walking distance, a large Smith’s supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, and a chic street food spot is right next door, offering a variety of delicious options. The only minor drawback was the slightly noisy air conditioning, but a quick press of a button took care of it. Overall, a delightful place to stay—we would certainly love to return!

More then expected!

Kami was such an amazing host! We really appreciated her making this stay feel like a unique one for us. Everything about her property is well thought out; from the great welcome folder all the way through to providing great smelling shampoo and conditioner :) the flow of the townhouse works so well and is open and bright. There was enough room for each of us ( family of three ) to have our own separate time away from each other but also a great living room/ kitchen area for us to enjoy together. The location was perfect, we could just walk over to a grocery store when need be and also to downtown with cute shops. This experience will be a hard one to beat! The only downfall is that we did not stay longer. I could write so many more positive things. We will absolutely be back and highly suggest staying at this place. You will not regret it!
