The only thing that I did not like is that the pool was not opened and the kids where there for a soccer tournament for 3 days

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Provo. It is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the food at Ruby River (the attached restaurant) is excellent. Definitely a good place to stay.

Room 137 had a variety of issues, no hot water, both the sink and tub drains were backing up, the toilet seat was about to fall off, and the bed sheets didn’t look like they had been changed. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned yet but the front desk associate caught that before we got in it and gave us 137. She also got us a new sheet set so she was very helpful and did her best.
