Streamside 2 bd Cabin w/ hot tub at Sundance.

Enjoy the smell of pine trees, fresh air, and the sound of the provo river rushing only a few feet from the large front balcony.

Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with hot tub is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils are also provided.

The cabin is located directly on the north provo river on a 1/2 acre of land with a lawn and a firepit encircled with tree stumps.

Enjoy all that Sundance has to offer: skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, mountain biking, full moon lift line rides, hiking, fly fishing, golfing, music, outdoor theatre, and of course the Sundance Film Festival in January.

For delicious, exceptional dining, drive only a few minutes to the lodge and enjoy the restaurants including five-star Tree Room, The Foundry Grill, The Owl Bar and the Deli.

Perfect spring break getaway

Enjoyed spending our Christmas get away watching the snow fall while soaking in the hot tub. Very quaint cabin in an ideal location. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter.

Magical Getaway

This cabin was so perfect and relaxing. It. feels secluded and very private. The creek in front of the cabin was amazing, great hot tub, and the cabin is very nicely done with everything you need. We'll definitely be back!

Festive Thanksgiving

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, newly renovated cabin! It was warm and cozy and perfect for our small family to prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. The kids loved the hot tub and vast DVD collection, grown ups loved the super comfortable beds! Super clean and awesome location - less than 5 mins to Sun Dance restaurants and ahop.

Perfect quiet and relaxing get away!

We loved staying at this cabin. The location was perfect to local activities, but secluded and quiet enough for peace and relaxation. Heading the river all day and night was calming. We enjoyed sitting by the river, soaking up sun on the front porch, relaxing in the hot tub, and lounging around. Such a perfect break from the business of life! The cabin was immaculate-clean, modern, cozy…truly the cabin of our dreams. Can’t wait for our next visit!!!

My husband and I were looking for a quiet mountain get-away. This home checked all the boxes. Beautiful property. The house was immaculate. The property was beautiful and the creek flowing on the property Was amazing. I hope we can come back and stay again. Amazing as always!

We love this place so much, this was our second time. Such a perfect space that feels like home. So well taken care of with plenty of cooking, cleaning, bathroom supplies, towels, ect. Staying here in this cozy cabin in the fall was the best decision! Cozy up inside, streamside, hot tub side, whatever you prefer! Driving through the Uintah Forest was also a plus with it being so close to this perfect cabin.Thanks again!

Family ski wonderful stay

Our family stayed here for a March ski trip. The cabin was clean and cozy. They had lots of great DVDs and games. The den is set up great for hanging out with our teens. The hot tub was great too. The kitchen is well equipped although we did need to run the dishwasher daily because there were not a lot of mugs, cups. Dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were all well stocked which was an unexpected bonus! Ryan was really helpful when we had several questions about the area. He responded very quickly via text. The road from the cabin to Sundance was clear and easy to drive when we were there in March. The parking area at the cabin was slushy and icey but it is a very quiet street and we were able to unload and load the truck in the road before parking each day. Bonus: My husband went down the road just a few minutes and fished each day. He was thrilled to catch 8 rainbows / browns!
