"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure!
