Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 1.60m), 1 bedroom (2 beds of 0.90m), WC, bathroom. Baby bed and chair. Central heating with oil and electric included. Weekends on request. Wood available (free). WIFI. Located in a peaceful and rural setting, this independent house entirely restored in the old style (bricks, tuffeau) is close to a mixed farming and livestock farm (suckler cattle). Many footpaths are close to the cottage, do not hesitate to go for a walk near the farm's pond. A restored caravan is available for children from April to September. You can take advantage of your location to go to the Jardin du Plessis de Sasnières, or walk in the village of Lavardin, counted among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" and labeled "Small City of Character", or that of Trôo where you can observe the troglodytes!
