Great location in the centre of Ptuj. Lovely courtyard. Good breakfast and comfortable room. The breakfast room was big & a bit tired and the whole place needs to be freshened up. Reserved parking spaces are a bonus.

What a pleasant hotel! We arrived after midnight but the front desk man was kind and helpful getting us checked in quickly. Our room was delightful - the bed was very comfortable, three choices of pillows, and the A/C was working well on a hot August night. Can highly recommend and hope to come again.

Parking could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel had a great location convenient to everything including a bunch of dining options. The room was extremely comfortable. The spa area was unique. I had the area all to myself. I think the hotel missed out on a revenue opportunity. The staff was great!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful old town

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was perfect and the surrounding lovely. Ptuj is a very cool old town with beautiful houses.

Lovely hotel and stay with Yuri and Sasha. The a/c wasn’t on yet so we had the windows open. The bar patrons across the street and under us were very loud till very late though.

The hotel charged me a higher price than what Expedia quoted my price to be. The reception person who was processing my final bill berated me for using Expedia vs. reserving my room with the hotel directly. It was 87 degrees the day we were in Ptuj, Slovenia - there was no air conditioning in the hotel - very hot.

Disappointing

Despite using three mapping services navigating closed streets made finding the hotel very difficult. The twin beds were narrow and uncomfortable. Apart from a wonderful omelette breakfast was less than satisfying. We stayed here in part because of the reviews on hotels.com, but unfortunately didn't experience the same level of satisfaction.

Mi aspettavo di più

Il Mitra purtroppo non da i servizi che descrive sul sito , no SPA no intrattenimento musicale e con risposte evasive da parte di alcuni del personale. Camera pulita anche se per essere una Junior suite mi aspettavo di più soprattutto riguardante la comodità dei letti il matrimoniale aveva un lato rotto e la poltrona letto sulla quale dormiva mio figlio tutt' altro che comoda . Colazione non ricchissima non c'era nemmeno una crostata solo biscotti e frutta e crepes che puzzava di uovo , la parte salata era più ricca e portavano toast e uova al tavolo . Albergo molto carino ma ha deluso le mie aspettative ero andata per rilassarmi ma oltre che stare in camera e fare un giro in paese non ho fatto altro. Se la SPA è chiusa è giusto avvisare i clienti e chiedere scusa per il disservizio .Spero solo che io abbia sbagliato solo il periodo di soggiorno
