"Family rooms could do with a bit of refurb and bathrooms defo need updating. Shower head black mould and water sprayed everywhere, so did not use shower and had to have a quick bath. Staff were really nice"

"An amazing space to just be & chill out. B & B with decking, area with seating , cosy log cabin & spacious garden area overlooking tranquil loch. Seals can be seen bobbing about & red squirrels are a frequent visitor to the garden. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and the breakfast includes croissants, fresh fruit & Loch Fyne smoked salmon. The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean. "Friendly staff, nicely decorated and a good breakfast, just what was needed."

"Pier view is a lovely little house with everything that you will need in a home from home. The views from the property are amazing and Mesmerising. There is plenty to see and do in the area too with walks and botanical gardens close by and not to far away from supermarkets and shops if needed. Would highly recommend if you just want to get away from it all and relax."

"This hotel is really run down. Needs a coat of paint & major overhaul. Nothing looked like the pictures. The location is great & the front desk staff are wonderful. So, at least it has that going for it. Breakfast quality was disappointing. Some random buzzer was being tested the 1st morning & woke our young grandkids up. No warning on the buzzer at all. "
