My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Strong wifi in the room. The hotel itself is in an excellent location for exploring the Centro area, situated close to museums, restaurants and shopping. My only complaint relates to interior noise. The hotel inner courtyard has hard surfaces of tile and stone, which tend to reflect and transmit sound. Staff working late at night, or other guests coming and going (particularly if they aren’t modulating their voices) I found to be loud and disruptive in my room.

I loved the property. Good staff, walkable, safe and the rooms are very spacious and clean. I only would like to recommend to the facility if there’s a chance to bring freezer inside every room to make the stays more comfortable?.

Front staff at the hotel are very nice, the guy that worked during our stay took such good care of us! The hotel is a little bit noisy depending on which room you have and sadly we got bed bugs in room nr 9. Front staff immediately moved us to another room, closed the room off and took in sanitation service. They also helped with facilitating laundry (but we had to pay ourselves).

My hotel room was not as clean as it could be. I knew from the pictures online that the rooms were dark, and that proved to be accurate. The staff was wonderful, however, and it was a fair price for what I received.

Great location, steps away from the Zocalo. Near restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and Cathedral. Weekends host many bazaars which were walking distance from the hotel. Hotel restaurant had excellent friendly service.

I always consider this hotel as my first choice because of its location. There are many restaurants and interesting places nearby. The receptionist at this hotel was very attentive, and the room was very comfortable and clean.

This is a small hotel in a great location, walking distance to Zocalo. Hotel is clean and comfortable. If I can make a suggestion, I think it would make a great option if they would provide better quality of essentials like shampoo and hand soap. Having a small box of Kleenex and a bottle of water daily would be getting excellent ratings.
