Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay - basic, clean and comfortable rooms, and really friendly helpful service from the receptionists and porters. Location can’t be beaten - just moments from the zocalo on a popular street. Only bugbears to note is there is a bit of street noise (but nothing too bad), and more significantly we couldn’t find a wifi network in our room (third floor), so had to use wifi in the common areas. Ok for a short stay but would get tiresome for a longer stay or if you had to do any work online.

The bathroom was not clean properly,there was a soap bar that was left and the toilet dirty.The next day I notice that the sheet of the bed had a stain of blood, was disappointed.

Me gustó por qué está a 2 cuadras del centro de Puebla, lo que no cuadra, es que su servicio de estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras del hotel, solo dan un rollo de papel higiénico, no tiene servicio de cable, nextflit, YouTube en su tv y su regadera esta vieja oxidada, da mal aspecto al baño, incondicionalmente de que esté limpio

Me comentaron que no habia disponibilidad aunque habia reservado desde 4 dias antes y tenia confirmación de reserva. Pues se deslindaron de eso diciendome que no usaban Hoteles.com y que podrian mandarme a otro hotel (mas caro) en su lugar. Que la aplicación no actualiza su estado etc pero si que siguen aqui registrados. Fue muy mal momento porque llegué de noche y tuve que buscar otra alternativa. NO RESERVEN AQUÍ.
