The hotel itself is a bit outdated and it needs some improvement, there are things in the room that need to be deep clean, for example the light fixtures on the bed frame were a dark grey (bed frame is white) and they didn’t work. The food options, should be better (buffet) we obey stayed for 3 days but the food at the main buffet seem to be the same. Japonese restaurant 10/10 Maybe add more food options for lunch. Staff was A1 amazing, great! We were there for a proposal and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff alone makes want to go back. But only after the renovations 😅

An ok 3.5-4 star resort. Food was ok, nothing remarkable. Staff was very very helpful and friendly and willing to attend to any request quickly and with a smile. Check in is very slow and appears a little disorganized. All taxi and uber only want to accept cash- no credit cards!

The staff was phenomenal. They would ho above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The food was very good so was the variety. It was just a bit repetitive. Sort of like the same variety almost every day. The pools didn’t look immediately clean, but I heard that they were about to close a month or two for renovation. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The shows and entertainment were amazing!
