We did get the chance to get a beach view room. On our night we stayed in acroom just beside the water compressor whichvwas extremely loud. The air conditioning facial was not inserted properly and made loud shaking noise every time the compressor would kick in to cool the room. The room itself was good all things considered. Lsst but not least the people occupying the room above us were constantly moving some furniture which did not help our noisy situation. After complaining in the morning and a total lack of sleep on our first night, they gladly moved us up the second floor with a low noisevA/C. The hotel needs some TLC but the beach and pool make up for some. Don't expect a swimmers beach!

The staff, the service we're very attentive to my needs and responded as expected. Staff are well trained. The food served and good quality was excellent which surprised me being that the hotel was quite small. Good job to the chefs, cooks, servers and support staff there at the restaurant

The staff is really kind and the room spacious, however the aircon makes so much noise that is really hard to sleep. Also there’s nothing around the hotel and you’re ‘hostage’ of the hotel restaurant which sells considerably overpriced things. If they invested a bit more on the hotel surroundings and also offered more options at the hotel, like a spa for example, it would make the place a lot more attractive. The location is really bad and far from everything. They only have a free shuttle at night but that doesn’t even take you to the city centre… you end up spending a lot of money with tricycles. Other than that it’s a nice place.

Rolig og fin beliggenhet, men måtte ta taxi til alle andre steder. De ansatte i resepsjonen var veldig hjelpsomme. De ansatte på hotellet var i all hovedsak veldig hyggelige. Hotellrommet var stort og fint, med kjøleskap. Vi var veldig glad for at vi hadde bestilt med utsikt til stranden. Det var flott! Vi savnet parasoller ved bassengområdet. Frokosten var svært dårlig. Lite og dårlig utvalg.

I loved being right on the beach. It is pretty far from downtown Puerto Princesa, so you have to take a trike into town, but the pool and beach are lovely.

Property was nice. Staff was super helpful. But the beach was terrible. A lots of sea weed. No place to swim. You had to walk a very long distance just to get to the water. Nothing to really do there. They charge for breakfast. They only had 8 beers and they ran out. We walked both ways on the beach for thirty minutes.there was nothing to do. The best place was the sari sari store.

Great hotel Nice Beach but not for swimming

Nice Beach front Hotel great service, clean and friendly staff, just be aware that there is only the hotel restaurant nearby and you can't buy a cold drink or anything nearby. Moto taxis are available to take you places, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the rooms, overall we had a great stay. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Staff were friendly and courteous. They are very attentive to our needs. The hotel itself needs renovation. Bathroom tiles are dirty, I saw a roach in the bathroom . Road leading to the hotel needs to be paved. It’s also dark and will not recommend people to walk at night. Their main dining area needs to be air conditioned so there will be no birds and insects crawling on our food. The staff needs to pay attention with their utensils since I had to point out the dirt from the plate. Overall I say our stay was okay. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the sunrise from our room.

Die Lage war gut. Allerdings benötigt man immer einen Transport, um irgendetwas einkaufen zu können. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Der Strand war schön, aber zum Baden ungeeignet, da immer niedriger Wasserstand. Zum Essen: Bei jeder Bestellung, die wir aufgaben gab es irgendetwas nicht und was es gab hat nicht besonders gut geschmeckt. Das Frühstück war bescheiden und der Kaffee der schlimmste, den wir je hatten. Besonders geärgert hat mich die 800 Pesos Airport Transfer. Das Taxi kostet nur 500... und dass wir nicht aufgeklärt worden waren, dass kein Frühstück inkl. sei und die Underground River Tour wegen Wetter abgesagt wurde. Wir hätten dafür unterschrieben und sollten bezahlen. Keiner hat uns aufgeklärt. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter und werden nicht mehr wieder kommen.
