Conditions:
During check-in, you will receive a bracelet to identify you as a user of the hotel facilities: pool, lounge chairs, towels, and showers.

1. Reservation Information:
Before your arrival, please read all the information related to your reservation in the listing description, including house rules, check-in instructions, and more.

2. Schedules:

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

Lobby hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Host availability: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Beach access: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (or until sunset)

3. Communication:
All communication must be done exclusively through the platform's direct messaging. This channel is intended only for administrative matters, booking changes, or reservation-related questions. Messages are addressed in the order they are received.

4. Services and Amenities:

The condo rental includes access to the pool, lounge chairs, and pool towels.

Direct beach access is available during the designated hours.

A maximum of 4 adult wristbands and 2 child wristbands (ages 3 to 12) will be provided for use of the pool and lounge chairs.

Additional wristbands are available at an extra cost.

Please note: this stay includes two independent properties — the condo where you are staying, and the resort complex that provides access to the pool and lounge chairs. You must respect the rules and schedules of both locations.

5. Food and Beverage Restrictions:

The hotel does NOT allow outside food, beverages, or coolers in common areas.

Optional: You may purchase a Day Pass to access the hotel’s bars and restaurants. The Day Pass is personal and non-transferable and must be purchased for each guest listed in the reservation. Please ask your host for current promotions.

Note: Payments in cash or by card are not accepted in the hotel’s common areas.

6. Lounge Chairs and Access:

Reserving lounge chairs is not permitted.

Check-in: Begins at 3:00 PM in the Lobby. Security guards are instructed not to allow entry before this time.

Early Check-in (optional): Available for an additional fee. Includes access to the Buffet Breakfast for all guests and access to the pool until your room is ready. Only available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Ask your host for current promotions.

Late Check-out: Not available. Rooms are cleaned between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and new guests are not received during this period. If you need to arrive earlier, consider the Early Check-in option.

7. Lost Keys or Wristbands:
Losing keys, wristbands, or any inventory items will incur a replacement fee. Please ensure all items are returned at check-out to avoid extra charges.

8. Important Information on Special Needs:
If any guest in your group has special conditions or needs, please notify us at check-in so we can ensure their comfort and well-being during the stay.
