A beautiful hotel right on the beach. We were able to upgrade to a walk-out room when we arrived and we were so glad we did. The bed was very comfortable and linens pristine. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the roof top breakfast was wonderful in the mornings. Not to mention the breathtaking beach right outside your door. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again!

Lovely location right on the beach. Also only 2 minutes walk to the restaurants in the town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the rooftop cafe is fantastic. Just a really nice little hotel for the price point.

Nice property right on the beach. Friendly staff who were helpful with recommendations. Rooms were small but sufficient for our needs. Breakfast each morning was good and there was something different offered in addition to eggs which was nice.

I had a short but sweet stay here. This hotel was a base for my multiple tours in Isabela. The breakfast and the ladies who served/cooked it were lovely. My room was spacious and had nice toiletries. And when I had to leave early for a 6 am ferry, the front desk (Jose) very kindly packed up a breakfast for me, which was much appreciated

We loved our beachfront room. Thoughtfully furnished with luggage racks, cupboards, shelving, hooks etc The deck is spacious and we enjoyed watching people and iguanas walking by.

I cannot recommend the Cormorant and it’s amazing stuff enough! Not only did they make our stay unforgettable, not only did they go above and beyond to allow us to refresh after a long day (even after we had checked out) but they have the best breakfast in the Galapagos!

Fantastic property - absolute beach front. Walk out if reception onto a beautiful beach. Great room right in beach, clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Looked at other beachfront properties during stay and none had the absolute beach frontage of Cormorant. Cannot recommend enough- best spot on Isabella and hotel lovely

Loved it there. Clean rooms, helpful concierge that arranges tours cheaper than advertised online. His name was Estalin. Great views from rooms and breakfast at the roof deck. Beach at your footsteps.

Small boutique hotel right on the beach. The rooms were nice, with balcony or patio to sit on, small but comfortable bathroom. We had a beach view room and we loved it. They just opened their rooftop for breakfast and sofas to sit, with great views of the ocean and the area. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The town is small and peaceful.

This is a beautifully designed small hotel which fits the beach town its in perfectly. The only downside for us was that due to an internet glitch we had to take a room at the front of the building next to a rooster that started crowing at 2:30am and didnt quit at all, so we checked into a very similar hotel nearby which put us right on the beach, without any roosters for $30 a night cheaper.

We loved the Cormorant Beach House! Our room with balcony was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed reading on the balcony. The staff is amazing. Front desk even offered us a late check out until our flight. The ladies at breakfast were also friendly and accommodating. If there was a score greater than “Excellent” Cormorant Beach House would get it!

Very nice hotel right on the beach, and in an excellent area. I've been on famous beaches in Florida, California, Hawaii, France, and Italy. This has been my favorite. The white-sand beach is gradual. The water temperature is perfect. And the marine iguanas are amazing. Breakfast was good, too. Eggs made too taste and other hot foods (e.g., French toast). This hotel earns five stars, plus, from me.

Cormorant Beach House was a welcoming shelter against the elements and a stark contrast to the bare infrastructure of the island. The hotel rooms are either directly facing the beach or if you’re on the second floor, it’s literally on the beach. The ocean view was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was not crowded at all. We loved going up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast. Hats off to the chef and his assistance for preparing our delicious breakfast and making us feel like we’re home. The view was also incredible. Stalin, at the front desk, is super friendly and helpful. He provided great restaurant recommendations. He also lent me his very own jacket for a few hours for dinner because mine got soaked. He offered to wash and dry my jacket and return it after dinner. I was beyond grateful for his kindness. Last, but not least, he helped us get a late checkout so that we could enjoy our hotel room and wait for the afternoon boat ride. It’s truly the people that made our stay amazing. Thank you very much!

This hotel has a great location and view. The Staff are very friendly and provide a great service. The only reason I will give this hotel 1 star is because everything is great as long as you don't have any issues, concerns or emergencies (like in my case). I paid for 4 nights, however, I had a family emergency and I needed to leave the island on the third night. I requested to see if I could get a refund for the night/day I wasn't going to stay (28 hrs in advance), but the Manager (Michelle, who doesn't even live in the island) declined it because I needed to give them a 72 hrs notice. Well, I wish my family emergency would also give me a 72 hrs notice so I can plan my life accordingly. The hotel wasn't even full, maybe 3 or 4 more rooms were full, so I'm guessing they simply didn't want to give me a refund because they didn't want to loose money. We left and I will not recommend this place because they are not willing to help during difficult times.
