Apartment is perfect located, just next to big amazing Roman Amphitheatre and in center of Pula city. Here are all events!! In walking distance from the apartment are bus stations, train station, boat port, all shops, museums, disco bars and the sea.

Apartment has 45m2 (for 2+2 persons) with 2 sleeping rooms, living room, toilette, kitchen, air-condition, Tv, microwave, washing-machine... ! It s very comfortable and sweet.

If you want to wake up with the view on the ancient walls of sixth in the world Roman amphitheatre Arena, used then for gladiator fights, this is the right place for you - in the center of all events, but also near the sea!
Apartment Arena is situated just 50 m from famous amphitheater Arena, true hole summer filled with famous concerts, film festival and other events. 200m from apartment is waterfront (port) where you can arrange boat trips if you want to visit Venice, famous island Brijuni, or some longer destination, traveling with catamaran to Zadar, Mali Lošinj or some other beautiful towns of Jadran. 100m from apartment are lots of other cultural monuments worth to visit. Here are also lots of coffee and disco bars for the youth.

Fantastic location

This is such a great location, the arena across the street and a cafe as well. Walkable to so many sights. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was fantastic! Clean and was well stocked with all the essentials like towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, washing machine and drying rack. The location was fantastic with a view of the Roman amphitheater as soon as you exit the building. I would highly recommend staying here. Only a couple minutes walk to the marina where boat tours of Brijuni, day trips to Venice, and dolphin tours are available.

There is only one plug socket in the kitchen area and that is over the draining board next to the sink. The shower head is so low down, even I can't fit under it and I'm less than 150cm. The apartment is very nice and in a good spot. Pula is a lovely area with some nice trips out.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great recommendations from and communication with the hosts. Unit is very cozy, but tidy. Fits the bill for an authentic experience. Very convenient walking distance from nearby sights, restaurants and shops/markets.

The property owners were friendly and communicated well. Check in was simple and quick. The location of this property couldn't have been better. I loved the proximity yo the arena. It was easy to get to restaurants and local shops. We also had an easy time visiting Ravinj and Motovun while there. The apartment itself was clean and I loved that we had our own clothes line! I feel this is a good option for couples or families with one child.

Lovely flat in a great location

Everything went smoothly from booking until the stay itself. Kristina and her husband were so helpful - from allowing early check in and late check out to making up an extra bed and providing a second coffee machine when we stupidly didn't operate the first one correctly! The flat is in a great location: 10 mins from the bus station in one direction and 10 to the centre of town in the other. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gem by the Arena

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Pula thanks to Kristina and Sandi’s cozy and comfortable apartment. They are truly kind, lovely people who take their hosting roles seriously. Everything that was advertised about the apartment on the app was accurate, and we appreciated their professionalism and very clear communication/instructions on how to make the best of our stay. Their recommendations for local restaurants made our experience that much more enjoyable - they are truly the best kind of hosts. We will be forever grateful to them for making our honeymoon extra special by facilitating a gift from a family member to greet us when we arrived. Great location, accessible host, clean property

Overall our stay here was excellent. The proximity to the amphitheater and city center is exactly as described. The building and apartment are lovely and clean. The shower head broke the first time we tried to use it, I contacted the owner/property manager and they were over and fixed it quickly after. She also had some excellent suggestions for places to go and things to do during our stay. The only suggestion I might make to the property owner is to look at updating the towels. I can't say too much because they were there so we didn't have to pack them and they were clean but they're pretty flat and scratchy. Each member of my group commented on them independently from each other. Just a simple, small suggestion but all in all a wonderful place and a wonderful stay!

Aufenthalt Pula

Die Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Enttäuschend fanden wir den Ausblick aus der Wohnung und den Zustand der umliegenden Gebäude. Teilweise sehr marode. Bei einem Gewitter wurden wir fast von herabfallenden Fassadenteilen getroffen. Parkplätze sind absolute Mangelware und kosten stellenweise viel Geld. Die wenigen freien Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden und meist weit entfernt. Fantastisch waren die Veranstaltungen in der Arena. Genauso gut war die Nähe zum Hafen mit zahlreichen Bootstouren. Fazana mit seinen tollen Stränden war nicht weit weg. Zahlreiche Angebote und Möglichkeiten wurden vom Vermieter mitgeteilt. Fanden wir super. Unser Fazit. Sehr schöne Stadt aber mit erheblichen Baumängeln. Man merkt dass die Stadt Schwierigkeiten hat aber die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und offen. Wir wurden überall sehr herzlich empfangen. Stellenweise sind die Preise etwas übertrieben. Man muss genau vergleichen bevor man etwas kauft.

Super logement

Le séjour s’est passé à la perfection. Kristina et son mari sont très arrangeants pour les arrivées et les départs. Le logement était parfait et très propre. Il se situe juste à côté de l’amphithéâtre et au coeur de la ville qui est très bien desservie par les bus. Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour !

Pula - Autumn in Istria

We chose Pula for the Roman Amphitheatre and as a point to travel around the Istrian peninsula. It proved to be a smart move. The apartment was steps away from the amphitheatre and walking around Pula was easy. Even if we 'got lost', we soon realized how convenient we were to the town, it's squares, restaurants and bakeries. Though we were not able to meet our hosts, Sandi & Kristina, they were responsive to our inquiries via the VRBO app. The apartment is well appointed, having everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, sunlit with windows to let in the autumn breezes!! Easy to travel to the Hill Towns and other areas. Thank you for a lovely part of our Croatian holiday.

Boligen virkede større på billederne. En lidt slidt bolig. 6 forskellige slags gulv i 6 rum, nogen af det meget slidt / brugt. Men ellers et skønt område.

Eine gute large in der Stadt

Eine gute large in der Stadt nur auf den Bilder sieht alles grösser aus wie es ist tatsächlich ist, für 5 Personen? doch etwas zu klein aber für eine Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern ist es ok und es ist Schön eingerichtet. Der Fernseher funktioniert aber die SAT Anlage geht nicht richtig man bekommt grade so mit Störungen 1 Program rein, einen Parkplatz zu finden ist auch eine Glück vor der Tür. Das Bad ist sehr klein auf der Toilette schussel kann man sich kaum bewegen sie ist zwischen wand und der Waschmaschine eingeklemmt auch die Dusche ist Seher klein. Aber im Ganzen ist es eine Schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer gute large und sie ist gut ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung, direkt beim Amphitheater

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt, die Wohnung ist kompakt und praktisch aufgebaut und hat eine sehr gute Lage, man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen,nur bis zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Parken vor der Haustür ist zwar schlecht, aber in den Nebenstraßen findet man immer einen Parkplatz. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, dass wir unser Aufenthalt in Pula genießen könnten!
