Convenient boutique hotel close to the ferry and within easy walking distance of most attractions. The owner waited for us when our ferry was delayed by more than an hour. Breakfast was a bit minimal but sufficient. The property was a bit in need of some updating but was clean and quiet.

Close to all of Pula

The hotel is located up a short stone staircase. The staff is courteous and helpful. Although there is no elevator, the gentleman at the desk carried all of our luggage up stairs. The building is on the historic district and close to all of Pula attractions.

Good ,quiet older hotel .Excellent air conditioning. Central location 5 minutes walk from Arena and downtown. Near road but double glazed windows keep noise out. Small rooms , high ceilings, small basic bathroom.. Modest breakfast included. Helpful front desk. No elevator but host carried bags upstairs. Would stay again

Friendly family hotel

Good location close to the Colloseum as well as both the airport bus and the boatferry. The young family having the hotel were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Great option in Pula!

First, perfect location - 5mins to the bus station (airport or other city), and 5mins from the Arena! Could not be better. Also, very quiet, not a noise a night, probably due to new windows. My solo-room was small of course, but with everything in it: functional bathroom, wonderful AC, mini-fridge, a desk, and a big chair for my open rollerboard. Outstanding friendly welcome and service through my stay, with guidance to good restaurants. Finally, breakfast included with a good selection of sweet vs. savory items. And coffee! Loved it!

Lovely stay

The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, right in the heart of the city. A few minutes away from the amfiteatar arena and 5 mins to the main bus station.The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.The room was very clean. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Pula

Very nice and charming hotel in a great location to everything of interest in Luna. Owners and staff was wonderful and helpful in accommodating you if needed. The breakfast area is charming and cosy with a nice selection of food with special orders for omelets and scrambled eggs. Rooms was nice and comfortable and has everything you need. You will not be disappointed staying at the Scaletta hotel in Luna.

Great location! 5 minutes walk to the arena and then 10 more to the old town where you can find all the restaurants & terrasses to relax after a long day! Parking is a challenge in Pula but Hotel Scaletta have access to reserved spots that will take a burden off your shoulders. Drop the car there and walk your way around is the best way to enjoy the city!

The location was great to the ferry and the colossium. The staff was very light. The coffee pot never worked. We had to leave early to catch a ferry.

Great Boutique Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. The service was excellent from the front desk and breakfast servers. Bed was very comfy and the shower had great water pressure. We came by ferry and it was running late, we were warmly welcomed when we arrived and were given a suggestion for a nice restaurant that was only about a 8 min walk right past the colosseum! Quick checkout following day, they ordered us a taxi and gave us the price they were quoted. Cabby did last minute charge us 5 Er for our luggage. A short but pleasant stay for us.

Hotel Scaletta is in a great location, about 3 minutes walk from the amphitheatre and start of the historic city. Parking is a few minutes walk away so its best to drop your bags first. Check in was fabulous, very helpful and friendly and even showed me a video of how to get to the parking after I parked in the wrong place. Our room was a good size with both AC and window shutters and lovely decor and personal touches. There was no kettle (a pain for me as I usually have my first tea at 6AM) although you could get tea and coffee from the restaurant downstairs. We also found the internet connection kept dropping so ended up tethering our mobiles to use instead. Breakfast was outside and down the steps to a room under the hotel, a large and grand location. Breakfast was included in the price and a good start to the day but the choice was more limited than the other hotels on this trip. A good value for money break though.
