Unlike most houses in the complex, which are only reachable on foot, our villa is directly accessible from the road — unloading luggage and groceries is effortless.
Ground floor: open-plan living area with full kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, American fridge), dining room in the glazed veranda, living room with Smart TV, and bathroom with washing machine. First floor: master bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds (convertible to a double), and full bathroom. Air conditioning and WiFi throughout. In the garden: barbecue and hot outdoor shower.
The Calaverde complex is traffic-free, ideal and safe for families. It offers a beach, two tennis courts, a playground and a swimming pool. The pool is a shared, seasonal facility of the complex, managed by the condominium administration (not by the host): opening dates are set by the administration and may vary each year.
A few km away are some of the Mediterranean's most beautiful beaches: Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Zafferano. Pula is 10 minutes by car, Cagliari airport about 50.
