If you enjoy cooking for friends and family, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with an additional smaller outdoor kitchen area near the pool. A large barbecue is also available, right next to the sun awning, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors in the shade.

On the ground floor, there are two of the bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, a bathroom, access to the terrace with sea views, and a study which is also suitable as a children’s playroom. In the lower part of the ground floor, on the same level as the pool, there is a tavern with a small kitchen.

If you’re looking to unwind completely, this villa offers a sauna and a hot tub. Whilst the sauna is situated in the lower part of the ground floor, you’ll find the hot tub in a dedicated corner of the modern bedroom on the first floor, which features a television and a small sitting area. Make yourself comfortable and immerse yourself in the pleasant atmosphere of this room with candles, a glass of wine and the illuminated whirlpool bath. The whole villa has been decorated with great style, so the open-plan living room, in shades of grey with colourful furniture, has a refreshing feel and lends the whole space a modern flair.

The villa is close to all amenities, and the lovely pebble beach is just a few metres away. Take part in one of the interesting events, such as the Pula Film Festival or the Antique Spectacle, both of which take place in the ancient amphitheatre, or visit the museums or the aquarium. If you’d like to explore further, you should definitely visit the nearby island of Brijuni, which is also known as a beautiful national park and offers a safari and a golf course.
