"Pay attention to the details. There are no elevators. This hotel is not handicap accessible. This seriously shocked me in today's day and age. My daughter has a scooter and cannot walk. We were on the 2nd floor. They were booked and could not move us. To make this even worse they directed us to the wrong side of the hotel. So after her crawling up the stairs and us carrying all of our luggage , we had to come down and go to the other end of the hotel and up another set of stairs. These stairs were in such poor shape it was extremely dangerous. Each step was lifting and peeling creating a serious fall hazard. The door to the parking lot at the bottom of our stairs said it was locked and required a room key for safety. However, it was busted and didn't even close all the way. Also, even with the water in the shower turned to full hot it was luke warm at best for our entire stay."

"We were just looking for a place to sleep a night after an event. The price was fair,we were traveling with our dog. There was only a $15 ad on for the night. The pet friendly room was very clean couldn't even tell there was ever another dog in the room. Shower was nice. Breakfast was good. Great variety."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was, "meh." A lot of clutter & trash around the property. Inner courtyard was nice. Room was acceptable, needed painted and some furniture was stained. Bed was comfortable and clean. Ice machine was out of order, vending machine was out of order (signs on both). Price was right and I would probably stay again if I was by myself."

"Good: Nice and comfortable stay. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Super quiet, which was great. Water pressure was great. The staff was excellent! Bad: My comforter had a couple stains on it. The refrigerator barely worked."

"We had only one issue.I called yesterday to check my reservation and they told me that it was confirmed, but when we went to do the check in the front desk told me that my reservation was canceled because of a third party did the cancellation, so they gave me another room.Other than that everything else was okey. "This property seems as kept up as possible considering the age. However, you’re hit in the face with a combination of cigarettes and weed the moment you enter. It appears that at least a third of the property has permanent residents. The entrance I was told to use has a door with a broken lock and the panic bar zip tied open with a sign simply saying door lock broken don’t use. Had to walk through a smoke party at the door to even get to the room that also provided a contact buzz. If this is your last option to stay in Radford, buy a tent instead."
