Beautifully architectured property, good sized rooms, fantastic pools and excellent onsite restaurants with a great blend of traditional asian cuisine and continental cuisine. Customer service in all areas - front desk, baggage pickup and drop off, restaurant, pool etc were superior. Will be back for sure if we are back in Langkawi again."

The biggest issue was the breakfast service. It was disorganized, and there didn't seem to be anyone directing guests or managing the seating during the busy morning hours. Many tables were still dirty, and it was difficult to find staff when assistance was needed. Overall, the breakfast experience was chaotic and did not meet...
