Due to restrictions from our homeowner's insurance the following breeds of dog are not permitted: rottweiler, doberman, chow and pit bull.
If it is found that pets have been brought onto the property without disclosing prior an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed.
If the home is excessively dirty an additional cleaning fee of $100/hr will be assessed.
