"Front desk staff need some customer service training. When I approached the desk on Sunday night neither of the two young females greeted me. I had to ask if I could check in. Then the only thing spoken to me was to ask for my cc for incidentals and that I must pay a parking fee. There was no “thank you” or hope you have a great stay or let us know if you need anything…..They set the tone for my stay. This place is fine if you are doing something connected with the university but not if you are a travel or wanting to check out Tuscaloosa."

"Nice Home, the host was excellent and very responsive. He addressed any needs we had quickly and efficiently. Kitchen is nicely stocked for our family of 6. Although we did not utilize it, there is a nice backyard. Beds were comfortable. Nice plush towels. There is no iron or ironing board so bring one if this is important to you. Note when turning into the road the duplex is on, if the gps says turn right, don’t keep straight till you see the house number. It is a duplex not a 4plex if you end up there, at a 4plex, you are not at the right place. We arrived late and it was dark so we had to figure it out. Again excellent host, nice home, and plenty of room for a family of 6. "

"This property was so pleasant and comfortable. The two large living spaces gave us plenty of room, and the decor was updated and added to the warm feel of the home. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry room & bathrooms. We were able to communicate easily with the host. We’d definitely stay here in the future. "
