Great Hotel

We couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend.

Clean and simple room. Hotel was well located for my needs. Staff was polite. The doorman and restaurant maitre'd were very nice and helpful.

I disliked the fact, that there was no possibility to order to eat and drink before the restaurant of the hotel would open at 19:00 hrs. The roomservice also is not able to serve anything till the restaurant is open in the evening. Very poor service, for such a nice hotel !!

The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because there is nobody expected during that time.

Shantai Hotel Pune

It was a good stay. Staff was very accommodating except for the night duty manager when we checked in, he was a little rude and arrogant. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. It was worth the stay if you book from hotels.com otherwise their printed rates are exorbitant and not worth it.

Great stay with excellent food.

Great service, clean rooms and excellent restaurant. Views from my 4th floor room were lovely with the trees. Wifi signal was weak on higher floors.

Good hotel close to Airport and railway station.

Very good atmosphere for stay. No charging in early check in which is a very positive sign. Clean and decent hotel. I love it. I will continue staying whenever I come to Pune.

Great small hotel at a great price.

For the price, this hotel is a great deal. The room was clean, comfortable with nice bedding. The bathroom had modern ammenities and plenty of hot water. Nice flatscreen TV with goid selection of satelute prigramming. The free continental breakfast included fresh papaya and watermelon, fresh mango and pineapple juices, eggs to order and a very nice selection of traditional Indian favorites.

Not a safe choice.

Well, my room was broken into twice so I had to leave and go to another hotel. I was terrified as I was in the rom trying to go to sleep and a gentleman entered. I believe it was the Bellboy and the management said they fired him but I was uncertain. Very scary and do not recommend this choice.
