The property is as clean and modern as the pictures. It is extremely family friendly with all the amenities and activities catered towards young families. The service was excellent. From the moment I arrived at the property, I knew was in for a treat. Staff members were helpful, facilities and grounds were clean, suite was spacious, and the food was delicious. Fun activities to partake in or simply relax by the pool or at the private beach. Nice food options, though difficult to make reservations at the restaurants, which thankfully the buffet (which had a different theme every evening) and sports bar did not require. My son loved the water park and kids’ activities, while my mom and I appreciated the outstanding service and attention to detail. We had a wonderful experience at Paradisus Gran Cana. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Our housekeeper did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well organized every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Room service was good, although it could sometimes take a little longer than expected. The water park was fantastic and provided a lot of fun for the whole family. The entertainment and recreation staff were exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Honestly, I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but that’s why you should always see for yourself before judging completely on a place you’ve never been. Punta Cana honestly is one for the books & the hotel was better than I expected. It’s all all inclusive so of course everything won’t be perfect but with the fast service, friendly staff & seeing how much they care about detail makes it worth wanting to come back! At least for me!

Great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and the location was very convenient. I appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. The bar in the lobby was great, Darvin the bartender was superb and very friendly. Our family had the swim up rooms and the experience was amazing. Our housekeeper Yafreysi was great, cleaned our room very well and was very attentive to our needs. Our concierge Carlos Santana was attentive and made sure our experience was great. Perfect place for a family stay. The entire staff in the buffet was extraordinary, great staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful and available for anything you needed. Amenities were beautiful and everything was clean. The night entertainment was light but still nice. The buffet was good but not as many options. overall it is a very family oriented resort for a more relaxing experience. water park was amazing and i would absolutely go back. Thank you Ana!
