Family concierge is a must if travelling with kids. The one bedroom swim up suite was a very good size and perfect for a family of 4. Our concierge Onil was very helpful with everything. The property is very well maintained and looks in good conditions. Could have done with a wider variety in the buffet, and possibly slightly more variation in restraurant types if staying for for than 5 days. Overall a very good hotel

Is amazing , I felt I got value for my money. Staff is amazing, food at the buffet was good , changeing every day , asian fusion was bad and steak house steak was not too amazing but the restaurant and service was amazing. Few tips : When you take a shower put a towel by the door othwise you will flood the bathroom, when making a reservation with the concierge make sure he/she takes a picture of the reservation with you phone and if you have the grill down by the pool make sure you tell the chef to change the taungs as he is using same for raw and cooked food. Just go and have fun !

My family of 4 stayed at the paradisus grand Cana in a swim up suite facing the garden which i loved way more than the swim ups facing the main pool. It’s less noisy and only the people who have swim out rooms can access it. The water park was great for my kids. Food was ok. The restaurants were pretty good. Rooms were nice and clean only thing I would recommend is the hotel clean the couches and chairs as they are fabric. Also the chairs at the buffet were dirty. Need a good cleaning

My kids kept getting lost. Horrible design. Only one entrance into kids park which meant we had to walk all the way around that was annoying. Kids club hours aren't the best but the staff is amazing. Don't order Uber because they won't let them in. You'll have to get a ride to the gate. It's family resort very nice. Boring at the pool, barely any music but was ok. Watered down drinks...

Room was cleaned. Nice menu. Did not get concierge assistance so had to found out a lot in my own but once they become aware, they redeem themselves. Nice ambiance, very clean and very relaxing. The staffs were super helpful.

The room was nice, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking, the hot tub was somewhat small for a tall person, but otherwise fit two people and had hot.water. The room we booked showed a lounge chair on the balcony in the photos, but was missing upon checking in. Several attempts were made by us to Angel (our purser) and guess services to get the lounger delivered to the room, but the lounger never materialized. The pools are not heated FYI. The all inclusive was very good with lots of food and drink options. Make sure to book dinner reservations the day before to ensure you can get a table.

This was an excellent trip! The staff were ver professional and hospitable. I could not have asked to stay at a better hotel for my first time in the Dominican Republic. Im definitely looking forward to coming back next year for our anniversary!
