The pillows could be softer but I used one the extra comforters in the closet for extra padding. Also daily room service which was great for clean towels when needed. The hotel is in a great location walkable to shops and the beach. People walked and biked along the path during the day and night. Super safe location....

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...
