The location is ideal for exploring the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande.

The front of the home includes a living room and office with an additional sofa bed sleeping option.

    A MAGNIFICENT OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE...

    The backyard features a private heated* pool, spa, sun deck, outdoor dining area, and pool side bar that is southern facing to maximize your sun, sunrise, and sunset experiences. There are plenty of patio seats at the table, bar and on four luxury lounges. Access to a gas grill rounds out your outdoor experience.

    *Pool heating is optional. It is recommended mid-October through April. Please request information and we will personalize the quote accordingly.
