Primed for a Gulf Coast getaway, this spacious single-level home boasts direct canal frontage, along with some amazing private amenities including a fully screened pool, a furnished lanai, and a fishing dock with 80 feet of seawall. If you don't luck out with a catch of your own, the nearby Fisherman's Village offers a daily variety of freshly caught seafood, and there are tons of great food and drink options in downtown Punta Gorda, just two miles away. Pristine beaches are within an easy drive to the north or south. If you're looking for some inland adventure, take an airboat tour up the Peace River or tee it up on one of the area's many great public golf courses. Also just a short drive from home, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates offers an immersive look into the personal lives of two American innovators.

Outside, soak your cares away in the sparkling private pool, or kick back in the shade of the breezy, covered lanai. A gas grill and an outdoor dining table set the stage for alfresco meals.

Inside, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or set to work in the full kitchen- well-appointed with all the major appliances and cookware for handling family-style meals with ease. Modern must-haves include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
