Waterfront Pool Home With Dock and Spa

  • Colony Point is a Contemporary Coastal Design Waterfront home with quick sailboat access to Charlotte Harbor Featuring: Heated Spa and Pool, large lanai and cabana space with built in kitchen for entertaining, private 30' dock for fishing or boating (fishing poles provided) luxurious master suite and located just a short walk to Ponce De Leon Park. Other features include high quality furnishings, décor and bedding, alarm system and pool door alarms, 4 adult bikes with locks and plastic ware for the pool area. ( manager may use the boat on occasion but will give notice)
