However, I believe that some rooms looked inwards over the hotel lobby. The hotel is spotleiclean and the huge hotel lobby has many features. The staff were supremely helpful and friendly, but at the fear of singling one in particular out - a big shout out to Olga, for whom nothing was too much trouble, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel is just a little way out of downtown Reykjavik, but there are 2 bus stops nearby, and the bus ride is only a few minutes into the centre. If I go back to Reykjavik in the future, then without hesitation, this is the hotel I would look to book."

"Had a lovely stay in Iceland. Room was clean. For the size of the room and if it’s single person smaller bed might be more suitable. Had issues with the room key on day 1, and after reporting the issues I had continuous issues for the remainder of the holiday. Reported it a couple of times and the reply I had was we will report it to maintenance "
