Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden vom Personal wie Familienmitglieder behandelt, denen wir von ganzem Herzen dafür danken, dass sie unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht haben. Außerdem kann man direkt an der Rezeption zu angemessenen Preisen Taxis, Inseltouren mit privatem Fahrer und Ausflüge...

"Beautiful place to stay with a fantastic pool and views. The restaurant leaves something to be desired, but otherwise a great stay. We did note that the room servicing was a bit lackluster and things like toilet paper were not topped up. There seemed to be no such thing as hand towels and face cloths. Restaurant does not charge back to room, so must pay at the time. Plenty of space in the rooms which was great. Pool was the best place to be."
"Hotel Arsa Santhi was an absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The grounds, including a garden and a pool, were beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a luxurious large bed. The wifi worked but was not perfect. Breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions. We were dropped to the fastboat port for free. Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay."

"Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)"

Initially seemed a big noisy, could hear the pool filter, sometimes hear the building going up next door. The room was very well appointed and serviced daily. Absolutely loved the staff, always available and happy to assist."
"This place is magical, we had a wonderful experience. Tony and his family were very helpful and accommodating. Yummi breakfast and inviting pool; the room was beautiful, and the open-air bathroom design was stunning.
The only downside was the road in, it could do with being paved, and maybe heated water for the bathtub. That being said, we would stay again in a heartbeat, exceptional overall experience, terimah kasih Tony."

"Super friendly owners that will do anything to assist you. The place is located decently, and there is cheap scooter rental. Breakfast is okay.
The not so good is a pretty weak shower, and poorly isolated walls, meaning you can hear everything around the house.
These things are pretty minor issues and overall i really recommend staying here."
